Job Description: The Navy OPNAV N2/N6 Information Technology Efficiencies Analyst will assist the Chief of Naval Operations Directorate for Information Warfare (OPNAV N2N6), in its role as Department of the Navy Deputy Chief Information Officer-Navy, carry out its duties and responsibilities surrounding Information Technology Efficiencies management.

Job Description: The Navy OPNAV N2/N6 Information Technology Efficiencies Analyst will assist the Chief of Naval Operations Directorate for Information Warfare (OPNAV N2N6), in its role as Department of the Navy Deputy Chief Information Officer-Navy, carry out its duties and responsibilities surrounding Information Technology Efficiencies management.
Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for ensuring that technical and/or financial solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner by executing project plans and monitoring performance.
- Provide updates on project progress to management.
- Resolve project staffing and planning issues.
- Work with agency/department resources on implementation issues.
- Manage staff assigned to the project.
- Conduct preliminary quality assurance over project deliverables and activities.
- Deliver presentations and leads client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of general experience (at least 3 years of which were in a managerial capacity) in capability definition and operation of IT, space systems, Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems, and/or unmanned systems
- Knowledge of Capital Planning and Investment Control
- Experience developing Enterprise Architectures, Standards, Governance, and Policy
- Knowledge of Information Assurance/Security
- DoD PPBE experience
- Experience with Naval concepts is highly desired
- Strong attention to detail. Excellent communications skills
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
Qualified candidates must possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
