Job Description: The Navy OPNAV N2/N6 Analyst shall assist the N2N6FX Integration and Interoperability Division to conduct cross-functional reviews of maritime and information warfare concepts, programs, and initiatives to provide information for top-level Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) decisions. Specific support surrounds science and technology investments to Navy warfighting capabilities and advancing coalition interoperability for information warfare.

Specific support surrounds science and technology investments to Navy warfighting capabilities and advancing coalition interoperability for information warfare.
Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assist communication and interoperability with joint, allied, and coalition partners.
- Develop, edit, and brief high-level decision makers with information regarding all facets of Information Warfare.
- Analyze, refine, and assist National Intelligence Enterprise and Intelligence Cycle services processes and product development.
- Analyze maritime policy, guidance, and capabilities associated with the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, Military Departments / Services, IC, and US Interagency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years overall experience (Active/Reserve Duty, USG Civilian, or Defense Contractor)
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting a high-level Office of the Secretary of Defense or equivalent (Joint Staff, Combatant Command, Military Department or Service, or IC staff)
- Strong knowledge of Information Warfare and DoD PPBE process
- Experience using Intelink, Inteldocs, and Sharedrive for publishing and editing
- Excellent communications skills
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university – Master’s Degree preferred
